Pilates
Our Pilates class focuses on the Pilates principles of concentration, centering, control, breathing, and precision to strengthen the core (aka The Powerhouse). This class will also focus on alignment, improve posture, and create length and strength in the body. Our experienced teachers will guide you through classical and nuanced mat choreography (some days with light hand weights!) with an emphasis on play and exploration.
This class is low-impact and approachable to new students and seasoned Pilates practitioners are sure to learn something new!
