Do you have showers?

We do and we have all the basics you'd need for your post-class shower.

What if I don't have a mat?​

That's ok! We have mat available for rent! Your first rental is free, and are $2 after that.
Mats are also free to folks who ride their bikes here or carpool!

Can I buy a mat?​

You can! We have Manduka mats and Yogi-toes for sale at the studio!

​

Can I come to a class even if I have never practiced yoga?

Absolutely! Our teachers offer a variety of options for every practitioner!
If you'd like you can let the teacher know that this is your first class.

Are all the classes heated?​

No. We have non-heated Vinyasa's, Yin, Restorative and more!
You can find class descriptions here. Classes that are heated will have the
words"heated" or "hot" in them.​

What are the temperatures of the heated classes?​

Classes labeled "HEATED" are heated to around 95°​

Classes labeled "HOT" are heated to 102°

We do adjust these temperatures during the summer. Don't worry!

What are some suggested classes for beginners?

Gentle, Mindful, Vinyasa (non-heated), Yin and Restorative yoga are all perfect for beginners.

Most of our Heated Vinyasa's will have a variety of options for beginners.
PLUS - this is YOUR practice. only do what is comfortable for you!

Do you have childcare?

We offer child care Monday-Friday for our 9:15am and 10:45am classes. As well as one evening

class each weekday. You can register for childcare on Mindbody .

Can I share passes?

Class passes bought through us are able to be shared with anyone!
We also offer a couple's unlimited membership if you and a partner
want to come together often.
