Barre
Barre is an amazing fusion of ballet, yoga, & pilates. Through small movements, and tempo changes, your body has the opportunity to tone from the inside out! In Barre, we focus on those deep layer, corset muscles, that allow our bodies to stay strong & balanced, no matter what exercise we choose to do. We do this by using 1-3lb weights, bands, block & a yoga ball.
